ClubX has introduced an automatic renewal service for our members. Members will now have the option to automatically renew their membership upon expiration. They will also have the option to automatically pay their membership dues with a saved credit card. This service is only available to renewing members; it is not available to Xpass holders.
At a member's renewal time, they will be offered the opportunity to automatically renew in the future. If they wish to automatically pay their dues, they will be requested to enter and save a credit card. Their dues will be charged at their current expiration date. If a credit card is not saved, renewing members will be automatically notified that payment is due. They will then enter the payment information as they do currently.
When a new member creates their account, they will have the opportunity to set renewal automatically as well as optionally save their credit card information.
